Transport of your package

Shipping costs are at the Customer's expense and will be visible at the last step of the purchase process.

If the Customer notices any breakage in the package, he/she must immediately inform Motock by e-mail, attaching a photograph of the damage to the package so that Motock can make the appropriate claims to the carrier.

If the Customer does not notice any external damage to the package when receiving it, but when opening it he/she notices any damage caused by the transport, he/she must notify Motock within 24 hours so that Motock can file a claim with the transport company as soon as possible. Otherwise, it will be understood that the product has been accepted as conforming. Once this period has passed, the transport company considers that the material sent is in perfect condition and will not be held responsible for any damage.

Motock will ship the package to the delivery address specified in the registration form or to the additional address specified in the order form. Once the purchase form has been completed, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

The package will be dispatched within 24hrs after confirmation of payment, if for any reason the dispatch is delayed the buyer will be informed and given the opportunity to cancel the order with full refund of the amount paid if the buyer deems the delay to be unacceptable.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation of the order:

If the buyer decides to cancel the order, Motock will credit the amount paid, to your PayPal account or by bank transfer to the account you specify.

In case of cancellation of an order once it has already been confirmed and shipped, the Customer will be responsible for the transport and processing costs incurred by Motock.

Returns

Products in perfect condition: the Customer may return the product if they are not satisfied with it within 14 days following the date of delivery, Motock, will credit the amount paid, to your PayPal account or by bank transfer to the account that you indicate to us.

If the reason for the return is unrelated to Motock, the amount to be paid will be reduced by the commissions charged (if any) by the method of payment selected by the customer, as well as any promotions or discounts that are cancelled when returning the product(s).

We will not accept returns of goods after 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product.

The costs arising from the return of the Product(s) shall be borne by the Customer.

The return of the products will be carried out by the procedure detailed below:

1º The product shall be returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories. The invoice or proof of purchase shall also be enclosed.

2º The Customer must send the package by the means he/she deems appropriate but always with a tracking number, which will be communicated to Motock the same day of shipment by email to the address [email protected]

4º Motock, once the package is received, will verify that everything is correct and in perfect condition and will notify the Customer via email.

5º No product returns will be accepted without attaching the invoice or proof of purchase.

We will not accept the return of the following products:

Products that are not in perfect condition, with their original packaging and with all their original accessories; nor those products that are deteriorated, damaged, show signs of having been tampered with or altered, or that have been used in an abusive or negligent manner by the Client.

Products that have been configured to the Customer's specifications, ordered to order or customised according to the Customer's instructions.

If the Customer cancels the order, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of the purchase price.

If the Customer cancels a confirmed order after it has already left Motock's premises for the destination, or does not accept the package on arrival, Motock may demand payment of the transport costs incurred.

If the Customer cancels or does not accept confirmed orders concerning Products expressly purchased by Motock for the Customer, Motock may demand the payment of a minimum compensation of 50% of the purchase price, as liquidated damages, as well as all transport and storage costs.

Defective Products

In this case, Motock will act in accordance with the manufacturers' warranties and the present conditions of purchase, taking into account Law 23/2003 of 10 July 2003 concerning warranties in the sale of consumer goods.

Misuse of the product.

In no case will Motock be responsible in the following cases:

If the product(s) have received, once delivered to the Client, any deterioration caused by external events, accidents, poor following of the instructions.

If the product(s) supplied by Motock are damaged as a result of incorrect or improper installation by the Client

If the product(s) are damaged as a result of incorrect or improper installation by the Client.

If the product(s) supplied by Motock, are damaged by a component not supplied by Motock

If the product(s) supplied by Motock, are damaged by a component not supplied by Motock

Any misuse of the product as indicated in the particular warranties stipulated by the manufacturer.

No returns will be accepted on the sale of products that can be immediately reproduced or copied.
